    We have been running our install of SimpleTicket on a very old 2RU Intel server (1Ghz processor with 512MB RAM) and it seems to run fine. We will be upgrading to a dual processor with 2GB RAM to improve the refresh rate of the stats pages (we have them set to 15 sec updates), with a speedier machine we will be able to refresh at 5 sec or less.

  • Alerts for Tickets older than 30 minutes

    The ticketing system will be transparent to end users - they will be able to check times. We need to have an easy way to alert techs that tickets are approaching 30 minutes. Can you figure out a way to do this in the ticket system or is it going to be a function of our screen?.
