We have been running our install of SimpleTicket on a very old 2RU Intel server (1Ghz processor with 512MB RAM) and it seems to run fine. We will be upgrading to a dual processor with 2GB RAM to improve the refresh rate of the stats pages (we have them set to 15 sec updates), with a speedier machine we will be able to refresh at 5 sec or less.

The ticketing system will be transparent to end users -
they will be able to check times. We need to have an
easy way to alert techs that tickets are approaching 30
minutes. Can you figure out a way to do this in the
ticket system or is it going to be a function of our

So just to remind you. We talked about changing the
function of the New Tickets i.e. Pending Tickets area.
Per the previous suggestion:
User | Company | Description | Created (include time)
Now if you hover of the User the previously offered
fields should be included. The same is true for Company.
Now on description just show the description entered by
the user in a popup - no...

We need another section under Stats, called All Tickets.
This section will help anyone look at tickets oldest to
newest. Here is how I think it should display tickets:
Oldest first with highest priority, then next oldest
with highest priority, and so on.

Client | User | Engineer | Date Last Modified | Date

1. When a change to a ticket is made, i.e. assignment
change. The page should auto-refresh - I should not
need to refresh the site.
2. The purple needs to be changed back to green.
3. Tickets should be thought of as follows (and named
as such in the system):
• Pending (no one has looked at the ticket)
• Contacted (someone has contacted the user, but not
talked to them) -...
